25hours Hotel Paper Island

25hours Hotels will open its second establishment in Copenhagen, the 25hours Hotel Paper Island, in July 2024.

Nestled just a stone's throw from Nyhavn, 25hours Hotel Paper Island will house 128 rooms, an Asian restaurant, a bar and a rooftop bar on Christiansholm Island, also known as Paper Island. 25hours Hotel Paper Island's ground floor function spaces can accommodate groups of up to 150 people.

Run by Grit Rister, who also manages 25hours Hotel Indre By, the property will also welcome Claus Basan as Hotel Director and David Schad as Manager. The Tiger Lily restaurant, in collaboration with Jan Tran, will offer Asian cuisine, while the Nomad Day Bar will be an urban meeting place for guests and locals alike.

Formerly used as a paper warehouse, this island in Copenhagen harbour is adjacent to the Royal Danish Opera and was recently the site of a renowned street food market. The hotel was designed by local architects COBE and furnished by Swedish interior designers Stylt Trampoli, and the décor is inspired by typical Danish holiday homes.
