Odalys confirms its presence in the Alps

The French holiday rental group, Odalys, has announced the addition of two new residences to its portfolio.

Odalys has announced the addition of two new addresses, in the Alps, to its alpine collection. The accommodation rental company will have more than 120 properties and residences for winter 2017/2018.

In Chamonix, the new residence Prestige Isatis Odalys has 68 apartments with views of the Mont Blanc, as well as a swimming pool. The apartments will be rented or available for use in hotel format. The village of Praoustan, in the municipality of Pra Loup 1500, a new construction, has 50 apartments, a swimming pool and a steam room.

Odalys also has a pipeline of 19 further units in France, which should open by 2019, particularly in the cities of Paris, Bordeaux and Nantes.
