The SaaS publisher is the result of the union between Orchestra, a player on the French market, and Traffics, the first independent SaaS platform in Germany.
Travelsoft, a holding company of Orchestra, has become the 100% shareholder in Traffics. Christian Sabbagh, founder of Orchesta, remains the majority shareholder and is joined by Traffics co-founders Salim Sahi and Jens Muskewitz.
The SaaS publisher automates the booking of more than €3 billion of business volume by almost 100 tour operators in connection with 500 producers across 10 countries. The Travelsoft team consists of almost 120 employees and has a turnover of more than €18 million, of which €16 million is ARR. The company has an investment capacity of up to €3 million per year.
The two companies will merge their resources to bring new services to existing and new customers. However, each will retain autonomy and be free to deploy the strategies that make the most sense for their respective markets.
The participation of Cambon Partners, Ennea, Andera Partners, BPI and PGA, as well as other stakeholders, made the deal possible.
We are delighted to join forces with Orchestra, which will enable us to accelerate our growth in all our markets and win new customers. By joining forces, we continue to ensure the technological performance of our German and European customers especially.
Salim Sahi, co-founder of Traffics
The synergies will enable the functional strengthening of the Traffics and Orchestra platforms for the greater benefit of our teams and our customers.
Jens Muskewitz, co-founder of Traffics
Traffics and Orchestra share a very strong entrepreneurial culture which has enabled them to develop in an agile and very similar way in Germany and France, even during the crisis. The combination of the two creates a major player that will benefit from the accelerated technological transformation underway in the tourism sector, which is experiencing a strong upturn.
