
Vincent Billiard is taking up a new role within Rosewood Hotel Group to support the group's expansion in Europe as Regional Vice President for Central and Northern Europe. This appointment is in addition to his current role as General Manager of the Hôtel de Crillon, which he has held since January 2020.
In his new position, Vincent Billiard oversees the operations of the Rosewood Group's hotels in London (UK), Munich (Germany) and Vienna (Austria), as well as the two future openings planned in Amsterdam (Netherlands) and Schloss Fuschl (Austria). He will also continue his responsibilities at the Paris Palace.
This appointment, which took effect on 1 January 2024, marks an important step in Vincent Billiard's career. A native of Paris and a graduate of the École hôtelière de Lausanne, he joined the Ritz-Carlton Group in 2003. For 15 years, he held various positions within the group, including in the United States, the Cayman Islands, Tokyo, Osaka and other destinations in Asia.
After becoming the youngest General Manager of the Ritz-Carlton Group in 2013, Vincent Billiard led the Bulgari Hotel & Residences Shanghai in 2016, where he oversaw the opening strategy, positioning and management of the property. In 2019, he became General Manager of the St-Régis Hotel in Singapore.
Returning to Paris in 2020, Vincent Billiard took over the reins of the Hôtel de Crillon, A Rosewood Hotel. Under his leadership, the establishment has strengthened its offering and experiences, becoming synonymous with lifestyle luxury and French art de vivre. In 2023, the Hôtel de Crillon was honoured with numerous international awards and was selected as one of the World's 50 Best Hotels.
