Rosewood Hotel Group has just announced two new executive appointments among its leadership team which concerns Ivan Suardi and Keno Lung. They both will support the ambition expansion of the group.
Former Group Vice President, Food and Beverage, Ivan Suardi has been promoted to Executive Vice President, Global Product and Concept Development. He held this previous position for 12 years. Before that, he served as the Director of Food and Beverage Project – Asia Pacific for Hyatt Hotels Corporation. He started his professional career at Hyatt Regency as Executive Chef, and 3 years later he joins Hyatt Hotels Corporation.
In his new position, Ivan Suardi will « lead the innovation initiatives across new hotel and resort product openings in accommodations, events, food and beverage and well-being concepts ». His rich background will help him to carry out his new tasks.
Keno Lung joins Rosewood Hotel Group as Vice President, Global Employee Experience and Talent. He benefits from a long career in Human Ressources and Talent Management, notably among big companies such as Apple and Louis Vuitton.
He will « focus on the creation of a group center of excellence in employee experience, talent acquisition, and talent development ». A tast that he will undertake in partnership with Deborah Kelly, the Rosewood Hotel Group’s Vice President of Global Talent and Culture, Hotel Operations, and Corporate Business Partner.
