The Alliance is strengthening its management team with strategic appointments, including Daniella Foster as Vice President. Daniella Foster is currently a member of the Board of Directors and Senior Vice President Global Public Affairs, Market Access and Sustainability for Bayer's Consumer Health division.
Having joined the Board as a Director in May last year, Daniella will now work with Wolfgang M. Neumann as Vice-Chair to support the Alliance in the implementation of its ambitious five-year strategy focused on sustainable practices in the hospitality sector.
With experience of integrating sustainability into business models across a range of sectors, Daniella's career path spans roles in both the private and public sectors, from Hilton and Mars to the US White House. In her current role at Bayer, she oversees global public affairs and policy, market access and the integration of sustainability into the division's business model, covering strategy development, business growth, stakeholder engagement, proactive issues management, implementation and impact management.
In addition to Daniella's appointment as Vice-Chair, the Alliance welcomes three new directors to its Board: Denise Naguib, Vice President, Sustainability and Supplier Diversity at Marriott International; Inge Huijbrechts, Global Senior VP Sustainability, Security & Corporate Communications at Radisson Hotel Group; and Jonathan Worsley, President and Founder of The Bench.
Denise Naguib, currently Chairman of the Board of WEConnect International, is actively involved in various organisations dedicated to sustainable development and the empowerment of women in business.
Inge Huijbrechts, recognised as one of the 100 most influential people in the global hospitality industry, brings her expertise in sustainability, security and corporate communications.
Jonathan Worsley, founder of numerous international conferences, passionate curator and investor in the hotel and restaurant sector, provides invaluable insight into the Alliance's initiatives.
