Josh Littman is now the new Vice President of Development for Europe.

In his new role, Josh Littman will oversee the European expansion of the 1 Hotels, Baccarat Hotels and Treehouse Hotels brands. He joins the SH Hotels & Resort team with more than 20 years of experience in property sales and marketing and real estate development. Most recently, Josh Littman was head of luxury development in Europe for the InterContinental hotel group, responsible for developing the group's luxury brands, Kimpton and Regent. Prior to that, he spent six years as Vice President of Hotel and Casino Development for Hard Rock International. He also holds an MBA in International Business/Finance and a Bachelor's degree in International Business and has more than six years of experience operating luxury hotels in New York City.
