The NUMA Group, Europe's leading operator of fully digitised boutique flats and technology developer, has filled the newly created position of Nordic Expansion Director with Frederik Berlin.
Shortly after NUMA entered the Danish market, two new properties in Oslo are now operational. With Frederik Berlin, the NUMA team gains an experienced expert focusing on the Nordic market, in particular Sweden. His expertise will strengthen the focus on expansion in the Nordic countries.
Frederik Berlin will be responsible for NUMA's growth in Norway, Sweden, Denmark and Finland. After obtaining his master's degree in real estate investment, Berlin started as an analyst at JLL, later becoming project manager at Pangea Property Partners and then real estate developer at NCC. Before joining NUMA, he was Director of Corporate Real Estate Finance at Arctic Securities.

Shortly after entering the Norwegian market, NUMA announces the opening of two more properties in Oslo :
NUMA Topp is located in the centre of Oslo, just a few minutes' walk from the Royal Palace. Built in 1898, the former West Hotel at Skovveien 15, now adapted to NUMA standards, offers 33 residential units.
NUMA Hallen is a protected former post office in the centre of Oslo, at Dronningens Gate 15, less than a 10-minute walk from Oslo Central Station, the Opera House and Oslo Cathedral. At this location, NUMA customers have access to 21 residential units covering approximately 1,000 square metres. Both properties are now operational via the digital hospitality platform owned by NUMA.
