The board of directors of NH Hotel Group has appointed Rufino Pérez as Executive Director, in addition to being the Chief Operating Officer and responsible for the group's global transformation.

Rufino Pérez holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of Vigo and an EXMBA in Tourism Management from the Instituto de Empresa. He has spent most of his professional career in the hotel sector, in positions such as Head of Internal Audit, Director of Organization and Systems, Corporate Director of Operations.

He has been part of the NH Hotel Group team since 2009 as Sales Director for Spain, Portugal and Andorra and General Manager of the same unit. In February 2013, he was appointed Sales Director, where he was responsible for Sales, Pricing, Revenue Management and Reservations. From this position, Mr. Pérez led the strengthening of the Commercial Business Intelligence division.
