Effective May 1, 2022, Marie-Noële Schwartzmann will become the new Chief Development Officer of Deutsche Hospitality. She succeeds Claus-Dieter Jandel who has decided to retire after more than 40 years with the company.
Graduated from the University of Paris Dauphine with as Master degree in Finance, Management, Strategy, Marketing in 2005 and later from ESSEC Business School in « Strategic Management of Innovation and Service » in 20220, Marie-Noële Schwartzmann started her career at Suez in the Communication & Crisis department in Argentina.
In 2006, she became Consultante for Interbrand where she did financial valuation and brand strategy. Two years later, she joined Ernst & Young still as Consultante.
In 2010, she joined the hospitality sector becoming Asset Manager for Louvre Hotels Group. She held different positions within the company after, such as International Operations & Development Director and Vice President International Operations – Regional Offices.
Deutsche Hospitality is an international hotel group with high potential and fabulous portfolio of brands to capitalize. I am thrilled to join the team and help boost Deutsche Hospitality into the next era.

Claus-Dieter Jandel worked for more than 40 years within Deutsche Hospitality, he was notably a key driver behind the Zleep Hotels A/S acquisition. In his career, he served in different leadership roles covering operations, human resources and strategy. During the last 12 years he held the position of Chief Development Officer.
In a professional career of 50 years, I have had the chance to work with a fantastic hotel family. I have shaped the business, implemented plans and have put forward new ideas. I proudly look back at the great time I enjoyed very much, and I am excited to closely follow the further development of Deutsche Hospitality.
