In this role, Kingston will be responsible for limehome's market entry in the UK and for expanding the company's portfolio, focusing on key business and leisure destinations. limehome plans to initially target the top 30 UK cities, seeking operational properties, development projects, and conversion opportunities, with properties ranging from 20 to 200 rooms.
With over 15 years of experience, Will Kingston brings expertise in real estate, having previously worked at Sonder and Marsh & Parsons. He holds a master's degree in Real Estate Investment Finance from Oxford Brookes University and studied Hotel Asset Management at Cornell. Kingston will help accelerate limehome's growth by strengthening strategic partnerships in the UK.
