The current Managing Director of Odalys Group will assume additional functions as President of the group's new concept of senior residences.
The Odalys Group is a key player in managed residences thanks to its coverage of the leisure, business, student and now senior segments. The Happy Senior residences launched two years ago offer seniors all the services of daily life (catering, personal assistance, cleaning, small DIY, laundry, remote alarm...) and support that respects the autonomy and privacy of the residents. In addition, they benefit from the possibility of renting or buying an apartment, the presence of staff 24 hours a day and a list of personalised services. The brand's expansion plans to open 35 new establishments by 2025, including in Marseille, Limoges, Paimpol and Agen during that year and in Quentin, Amiens and Villeneuve d'Ascq in 2022.
