Best Western Hotels & Resorts’ Board of Directors announced having elected Jim Cosgrove as Board Chairman for 2018.

Cosgrove has a long experience in the hospitality industry. He owns a Best Western hotel and has held different management roles in the company. Furthermore, his dedication in the brand will be decisive for the future of Best Western Hotels and Resorts.

Before this position, Cosgrove was elected by the company in 2011 to represent the interests of Best Western's owners in 20 states and provinces in the eastern United States and Canada. Then, he served as Secretary-Treasurer in 2016 and Vice-Chairman of the Board in 2017.

As for his education, Jim Cosgrove is a graduate of LaSalle University (Philadelphia, PA).
