Jean-Louis Amice becomes the new Chief Human Resources Officer of Louvre Hotels Group

On 19 February 2024, Jean-Louis Amice joined the Executive Committee of Louvre Hotels Group as Chief Human Resources Officer. Reporting to Federico J. González, CEO of Louvre Hotels Group, he will be responsible for the Group's global human resources strategy.

Drawing on his experience and diverse background, Jean-Louis Amice's main task will be to steer the company's HR strategy as part of the roll-out of the 5-year strategic plan for Louvre Hotels Group, Europe's second-largest hotel group and a subsidiary of Jin Jiang International, the world's second-largest hotel group.

Before joining Louvre Hotels Group, Jean-Louis Amice built a solid career in human resources. He began at L'Oréal, where he held various positions in different divisions for 9 years. He then joined Adagio to help develop the new corporate vision, followed by the start-up Oodrive. For the last 4 years, he has held the position of Chief Human Resources Officer Real Estate at Nexity.

A graduate of Sciences Po Paris, Jean-Louis Amice brings valuable expertise to Louvre Hotels Group, reinforcing the Group's commitment to the development and well-being of its employees.
