With 17 years of experience in strategic accounting, Lesya stands out for her skills in budgeting and planning. She leads a team of 29 professionals from 15 different nationalities, speaking 20 languages, supported by five direct reports.

Her mission is to enhance the operational efficiency of the company while developing ethical financial processes, in line with Hotel Co 51's commitment to high-performing and sustainable hotels.

Before joining Hotel Co 51 in 2021, Lesya spent over eight years in a senior financial management role at Intertrust Group. She gained valuable experience working with international clients, where she learned to navigate legal regulations across various countries, ensuring compliance with different European jurisdictions and reporting technologies.

Since her arrival, Lesya has been instrumental in establishing the company’s centralized financial structure. She has also overseen the introduction of new systems from the Amsterdam headquarters, contributing to the expansion of Hotel Co 51’s portfolio, which now includes 42 properties across five Marriott International brands and in eight countries.

Lesya Batsuk’s promotion is the second in a few months, following the appointment of Wayne Androliakos as CEO of Hotel Co 51 in June 2024, highlighting the growth and strengthening of the leadership within the company.
