After more than 10 years working for Dorchester Collection, Eugenio Pirri is now chief culture and operations executive.
The group manages 10 luxury properties in UK, France, Italy, USA and UAE. Eugenio has the responsibility, from beginning 2022, to drive operational initiatives and to implement Dorchester Collection culture through all the aspects of the group's business. As previous chief people and culture officer, and with his pure hospitality experience, he has a strong vision to maintain Dorchester's culture and attractiveness both for guests and employees.
Eugenio has over 30 years of experience in hospitality and is strongly committed into using his leadership to empower people.
His career is summarized as followed by Dorchester Collection :a proven success record in people management, operational performance, human resources, organisational development, finance, change management, employee relations, and is grounded in a holistic approach to employee and guest engagement within all constituents of the business. He has knowledge and experience operating and managing in several countries including the UK, Canada, US, France, Italy, Germany, Switzerland and Japan.
Eugenio has been working at Dorchester Collection since 2011. First as Vice President People and Organisational Development for almost 6 years, then as Chief People and Culture Officer. His new appointment follows his logical path within the company.
Eugenio will be based at the London headquarter.
