He succeeds Marc Delannoy, who has held the role of President since 2014.

Elected President of the Lille Tourist Office in July 2022, Emmanuel Thébaux has more than 20 years’ experience in the hotel industry. He graduated from the J. d'Arc hotel school in 1985 and joined Accor as a manager in 2000. After 10 years with the leading French hotel group, he worked for Groupe Marc Lelieur as general manager and has been managing audit and consulting at Saturne since 2013.

Since 2017, he is also president of the hospitality sector union and director of Best Western France. In 2022, he became a member of the board of the chamber of commerce for Greater Lille.
