Having lived in Asia for more than 18 years, first in Thailand and then in Singapore, Emilie Couton has an in-depth knowledge of the APAC region. She is also a respected figure in the hospitality industry within the region.
After obtaining an MBA in Strategy from ESSEC Business School, she started her professional career with the Accor Group. During her 20-year career with the world's 6th largest hotel operator, she has held various management positions in the areas of sales, digital marketing, customer experience and loyalty.

Emilie knows the sector inside out. With her understanding of the markets and her passion for the hospitality industry, she will assist us in developing our clients' businesses and generating new opportunities in the region. In doing so, she will be able to build on the excellent work of the D-EDGE APAC team led by Christine Tan. Christine has been instrumental in developing our strong and lasting relationships with our clients and I would like to thank her for the past seven years of fruitful cooperation.
Pierre-Charles Grob, Managing Director of D-EDGE
I am delighted to take on this new role working with all our teams, partners and clients in the region. The reopening of the borders and the recovery in travel demand is a momentum that we will build on and support the hotels. D-EDGE continues to expand its client base worldwide with recent additions from groups such as Accor, ResNet World and, more locally, Dusit Hotels & Resorts. I look forward to strengthening a culture of performance and excellence in the region.
