Changement de direction au sein de ECG

Sébastien MANCEAU is appointed Chief Executive Officer of the Group. Alain CALMÉ, the Group's former CEO, becomes Chairman of the Group, while Philippe de TRÉMIOLLES, joint CEO since 2010, remains CEO and CFO of the Group. These changes take effect immediately.

Sébastien MANCEAU, appointed Deputy Managing Director of ECG last year, brings a wealth of experience to the role, having spent 16 years with the consultancy Roland Berger. Previously, as a senior partner, he was responsible for retail and tourism and co-headed the Paris office. MANCEAU previously advised ECG on various projects, including the acquisition and integration of Vacanceselect.

Alain CALMÉ, who joined ECG in 2010, has been instrumental in transforming the company from an entity primarily focused on domestic mobile homes to a European leader in the sector through a strategic combination of organic growth and acquisitions.

Philippe de TRÉMIOLLES, who has been with ECG since 2007, continues in his role as Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer of the Group, focusing on like-for-like growth, M&A activity and maintaining strong relationships with ECG's banks and long-term funding partners.

“I’m delighted that Sébastien has been appointed CEO and I’m very confident in his ability to lead ECG in this next phase of growth. It’s been an absolute privilege to lead ECG these past 14 years and I am thrilled that I will continue to support the Group in my new role as Chairman.” - Alain CALMÉ, Group Chairman

“I am very committed to continuing Alain’s work and am excited at the opportunity to lead ECG in this new chapter. Despite knowing the Group for some years now, I have been particularly impressed by the quality of its teams since joining last year. I look forward to working with Philippe, and all at ECG as we capitalise on the tremendous opportunity ahead of us. As an industry leader, it is our duty to be visionary and to offer our customers rich, unforgettable experiences that respect our environment. It is our responsibility to preserve the splendour of the European regions in which we operate, and to minimise our environmental impact so that tomorrow we can continue to enjoy family holidays in wonderful locations.” - Sébastien MANCEAU, Group CEO

“I would like to thank Alain for these successful years of brainstorming and action together and I warmly welcome Sébastien. Changes such as this are always an opportunity to challenge and improve processes and perspectives, and I am very much looking forward to this.” - Philippe de TRÉMIOLLES, Group Managing Director and CFO
