Laetitia Beninca's move to The Ascott Limited marks a turning point in her career, after more than ten years' experience with Adagio Aparthotels.

Prior to joining The Ascott Limited, Laetitia Beninca held various positions at Adagio Aparthotels, where she gained extensive experience in property development. She started as a Corporate Sales Executive, developing a B2B portfolio, before progressing to strategic management roles. As Real Estate Development Associate, she developed long-term development strategies for France, before becoming Real Estate Development Manager, overseeing projects with major partners such as Accor and Pierre & Vacances. Before leaving, she was appointed Director of Development for France, Benelux and Western Switzerland, where she steered development strategy and negotiated major contracts. Her exemplary career testifies to her skills in team management, property development and financial forecasting

Earlier in the year, in April 2024, Thomas Lamson was appointed Vice President Development & PTS (Product & Technical Services) for the EMEA region at The Ascott Limited, having also contributed to the success of Adagio Aparthotels. As a member of the Executive Committee for Europe, he reports to Ngor Houai Lee, Chief Operating Officer for EMEA, South Asia and China. In his new role, Thomas is responsible for structuring the development strategy in the region and overseeing the construction and renovation of the Asian group's assets.
