Arnoud Vink holds a Master's degree in Science from Delft University of Technology and an MBA from HEC Paris. He began his professional career as a Works Engineer with Bouygues Construction. He held various positions in the Netherlands and France between 1997 and 2006 before joining the hotel sector with the Accor group.

He dedicated more than 15 years of his life to the leading French hotel group, first as Vice President - Head of Development for subsidiary hotels before being promoted to Senior Vice President - Head of Development and Franchising.

In 2021, he became Manager at VRE Consulting and at the same time Head of Operations France at Artisa Group. The following year, he was recruited by Choice Hotels International as Senior Advisor. He held this position for only a few months before being promoted to Head of Development EMEA.

In this new position within the Louvre Hotels Group, Arnoud Vink's main mission will be to help the company achieve its ambitious growth targets as part of its 5-year strategic plan.
