OYO Hotels & Homes has appointed Troy Alstead as an independent member of the company’s board of directors. He will join the board that has experts from SoftBank, Baja Corporation, Lightspeed Venture Partners or Sequoia Capital.
Troy Alstead will play a supervisory role and provide guidance to the Founder and the management on key business decisions.
His experience in building the foundations of Starbucks Corporation through 24 years of service to the company, having most recently served as Chief Operating Officer, will be valuable.
He is also on the Board of Topgolf Group Ltd, Harley-Davidson Inc, and Levi Strauss & Co.
