Francesca Schiano has been appointed General Manager at the 25Hours Bikini Berlin.
Francesca Schiano succeeds Dirk Dreyer, who is taking on new responsibilities as General Manager of the Verti Music Hall.
After working for InterContinental Hotel Group and various event agencies, she started working at 25Hours in 2013. The 34-year-old womais was actually the first employee of the hotel ever – and was previously responsible for all sales activities of the 149-room hotel as Senior Sales & Event Manager.
"Despite the turbulent times we are currently experiencing, I’m looking forward to my new role as General Manager with confidence. I'm excited to reopen our Berlin house with the 25Hours spirit and after the refreshment of the tenth floor, I can't wait to welcome the first guests in our NENI Restaurant and Monkey Bar", says Francesca Schiano.
"We are very pleased to have recruit Francesca for this position. She has been a part of 25Hours for seven years now and she knows the hotel down to the smallest detail – these are ideal conditions for her start as the new hotel manager", explains Bart Felix, who as Director of Hotel Operations is responsible for all General Managers of 25Hours hotels.
Francesca Schiano completed the brand training program which aims is to promote talents. Participants learn coaching skills and intensify their understanding of cross-divisional topics such as Business Development, Human Resources & Training, Finance, Operations and Food & Beverage.
She's the third executive at 25Hours, besides Anna Hoffmann in Düsseldorf and Benedikt Roos in Frankfurt, to take up the position of General Manager after participating in 25Hours' own talent program.
