
Pauline Oster announced her new role in a LinkedIn post on 4 November. Under her aegis, the lifestyle brand created in 2019 should experience a period of sustained growth in the different regions of the world.
Pauline Oster holds a Master's degree in international trade from the Sorbonne and an MBA in marketing. She began her career in 2006 as an Environment Officer at the French Embassy in the Netherlands.
The following year, she joined Société Générale as a Project Correspondent. Her missions revolved around quality management and B2B and B2C customer satisfaction.
In 2008, she joined Accor as Marketing, Pricing & Distribution Manager for the ibis Styles brand in France. She went on to hold various positions, including Network Coordinator, Franchise Operations Director and Management Operations Director.
After more than 10 years with France's largest hotel group, she was appointed Vice-President of the TRIBE brand for the Europe and North Africa region. TRIBE not only strengthens the Accor group's impact in the mid-range segment, but also expands our portfolio with a lifestyle brand," she writes.
TRIBE has been opening more and more recently, with a new hotel in Saint-Ouen, Le Touquet and Düsseldorf, and a forthcoming opening in Bordeaux in partnership with Suitcase Hospitality.
