
Combining tradition with modernity is the challenge facing Spain as it enters a new era in its tourism offering. Capitalising on its many assets, including gastronomy, architecture, culture and religion, the country intends to dominate the rankings of the world's tourist destinations in the near future. Such an ambition calls for a great deal of investment in all areas of tourism, including the hotel industry.
