
The mayors of New York and London have announced a new tourism deal to boost travel between the two cities. The two-year deal will see the cities provide each other with outdoor media advertising space, and tourism bodies NYC & Company and Visit London sharing best practices and assisting each other with at least one publicity event in each city. London mayor, Boris Johnson, added: ‘London and New York City share many similarities, including a strong sense of optimism and determination, along with a great appreciation for diversity and innovation.
