The Radisson Blu Hotel Glasgow has been purchased by Azure Properties for a reported £27.5 million.

The 5-star 247-room hotel had been in administration since November 2011, up until the Azure purchase. It will continue to operate under the existing management under Rezidor Hotel Group as a Radisson Blu property.“We are delighted to be extending a long-standing working relationship between Rezidor and Azure and I'm confident that under this new ownership, the Radisson Blu Hotel, Glasgow will go from strength to strength," says Philip Mahoney, Area Vice President of Radisson Blu and Hotel Missoni, UK and Ireland. “
