
Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts is rolling out 15-Minute Room Service, which will be available company-wide by the end of the year.
Christopher Hunsberger, executive vice president, global product and innovation at Four Seasons, has stated that each hotel has created its own gourmet menu influenced by local tastes and ingredients. Many choices are available "take-away" and meet airline standards for transportation. If a guest wishes, s/he can have the meal delivered at the front door of a car waiting in front of the hotel if s/he is in a rush.
