FRHI Hotels & Resorts has announced that it has appointed five new senior executives to oversee the group's development in Asia Pacific. "Asia Pacific has seen unprecedented growth over the past years, so we have appointed several senior executives to key positions to bring regional expertise to the portfolio," explains Jennifer Fox, President International, FRHI and President of Fairmont.The appointments are:
- Wayne Buckingham was named Senior Vice President, Asia Pacific
- Foued El Mabrouk was named Vice President Operations, China
- Tom Meyer was named Regional Vice President , Asia Pacific, GM Fairmont Singapore and Swissôtel The Stamford
- Shelley Perkins was named Vice President, Human Resources, Asia Pacific
- Julian Anthony was named Vice President, Finance and Business Support, Asia Pacific.
"Wayne, Foued, Tom, Shelley and Julian are the models of professionalism in their respective domains and we are confident that they will be able to develop the group's presence in Asia Pacific," Fox concludes.
