The purpose of Accor Live Limitless is to maximise the points of contact with Accor customers. The loyalty programme is therefore integrating a new ecosystem, mobility, after the launch in 2021 of the payment card in partnership with Visa.
Patrick Mendes and Mehdi Hemici announced last September at Hospitality ON that the integration of mobility into All services was a matter of months.
This is now a reality with a new range of mobility solutions that includes urban mobility with the possibility of ordering taxis or VTC vehicles via the All application, or booking parking spaces. It also concerns inter-regional mobility via partners such as Eurostar, several airlines and the main car rental companies present in the tourist markets.
It took Patrick Mendes and Mehdi Hemici's teams two years of work to integrate this solution into the All application following a worldwide call for tenders.
Urban mobility remains a subject where many solutions can still be invented, as demonstrated by the initiative of the European number 1 within THE ÜRBAN COLLECTIF in partnership with Citroën and JC Decaux to develop autonomous mobility prototypes.
