Hyatt Hotels Corporation announced Together by Hyatt, a new series of event offerings designed to advance meeting planner support by simplifying and streamlining event planning and execution, with attendee safety and well-being as priorities.
Together by Hyatt prioritizes four pillars:
Care + Safety: reimagined meeting spaces, GBAC STAR Facility accreditation, COVID-19 testing and verification.
Care + Technology: Swapcard technology platform providing planners with access to a tailored platform that unifies on-site and virtual experiences and uses Swapcard's artificial intelligence to enhance the remote attendee experience. Planners can also take advantage of Hyatt's proprietary meeting tools.
Care + A community of experts: providing access to new resources and expertise dedicated to hybrid events: hybrid event experts, a support team, certifications for planners and resource guides.
Care and Wellness: Miraval Experiences, a new series of guided experiences featuring wellness experts at Hyatt's Miraval resorts that can be integrated by planners into meeting agendas at all Hyatt hotels to connect on-site and virtual attendees; Headspace, selected content from mindfulness and meditation platform and Food and Beverage Offerings.
