Radisson Hotel Group is rolling out a rapid testing service for meeting and event attendees at properties in its EMEA portfolio. The testing program builds on the Radisson Hotels security protocol launched in 2020.

Radisson Hotel Group's new testing program is an extension of Radisson Hotels' 20-step, 10-step security protocol launched in 2020 in partnership with SGS, a specialist inspection, verification, testing and certification organization, as well as hybrid room and meeting solutions. 
 
Upon full implementation of the program, each hotel will be able to offer guests the option to visit an easily accessible and affordable PCR testing location, either on site at the hotel or nearby through Radisson Hotel Group's partnership with SYNLAB and Eurofins.  Some hotels will offer on-site PCR testing for groups or individuals, or self-sampling PCR testing through the group's partners.

The rapid testing service for Meetings & Events will be available at participating hotels in selected EMEA countries, in partnership with Hughes Healthcare, using a lateral flow antigen test kit. 

COVID-19 testing options include:

• Rapid COVID-19 antigen testing offered by a dedicated third-party testing vendor and administered by a trained healthcare provider on-site at the hotel prior to the event/meeting.
• Access to PCR testing sites near the hotel.
• Access to PCR testing with self-sampling, where legally permitted.
• On-site group or VIP PCR testing at the hotel, administered by a qualified healthcare provider.

As the new comprehensive COVID-19 testing programs are rolled out, one or more of these options will be available at participating hotels.

The ability to offer rapid testing to our guests and meeting and event professionals is the next step toward a safe return to travel and business for the meeting and event industry.
