BT4Europe gathers 13 European associations focused on corporate travel.

The objective of this coalition is to influence European decisions by representing the voice of the corporate travel industry. The crisis linked to the Covid 19 pandemic has cruelly highlighted the need to federate in order to have an active influence on the decision-making process. The association's headquarters will therefore be based in Brussels, as close as possible to the European institutions.

"Millions of Europeans travel for business every year, and thousands of jobs have been created to manage corporate travel. In all European countries, corporate travel on behalf of private companies, public services and NGOs is essential to our economies and societies. Until now, buyers and travel managers did not have a unified network to make their demands heard at European level." Summarize the initiators of the approach.

The purpose of this entity is to provide a place for exchange and sharing on issues of importance to the sector, such as the recovery in the short-term, but also two fundamental trends that have been implemented at a much faster pace over the past two years: the digitalization of events and customer expectations in terms of sustainable and environmentally friendly events.
