Anticipating demand at half-mast by 2021, Hilton proposes a global program of meetings and events to showcase hybrid hotels across the Hilton network.
At the end of a year marked by uncertainty, a business reality seems to be confirmed: meetings and events in hybrid formats will be important in the short term. In response to this new trend in the way people meet and celebrate events, Hilton has introduced a series of new offerings: Hilton EventReady Hybrid Solutions. This new selection of offerings, introduces event planners to hotels equipped with the Hilton Hybrid System while providing planning resources - including the expanded Hilton EventReady Playbook and flexible guest offerings.
With each meeting and event organized by a dedicated team, hotels participating in the Hilton EventReady Hybrid Solutions program will have access to training resources for team members to develop and strengthen their hybrid event skills.

The first global deployments of Hilton EventReady Hybrid Solutions will begin in January at hotels around the world with hybrid capacities for small meetings. In addition, the expanded Hilton EventReady Hybrid Playbook, which will include in-depth case studies, professional tips, a glossary of hybrid event terms and more, will be available for download, in English later this month and also will be accessible to guests working with any Hilton network hotel worldwide.
The selection of hybrid-compatible hotels will highlight the basic requirements that guests can expect when hosting a small hybrid event, including:
- IT Services: Each hotel will have been evaluated for bandwidth and IT infrastructure to meet the requirements of small hybrid events. Hotels classified as "hybrid" must have a minimum available bandwidth that is greater than the average level of usage of the hotel's circuits. This requirement ensures seamless communication and connectivity to optimize the hybrid experience within the hotel while providing easy access for virtual attendees.
- Multi-Site Offerings and Express Arrangements: These features allow guests to book the physical portion of their event at multiple Hilton locations that are ready to host hybrid events.
- Expanded Playbook: While the EventReady Playbook is available to customers worldwide, those seeking in-depth information on planning and executing small hybrid events can access the expanded version of the Hybrid Events chapter, which will continue to evolve with customer needs.
Hilton facilities equipped with event technology can accommodate two to six presenters in person and up to 50 visitors in physics.
