Acquisition Siblu

Siblu, one of Europe's leading outdoor hotel companies, is strengthening its presence in France with the acquisition of the Holding New Aire Group and in the Netherlands with the acquisition of Camping & Marina Meerwijck, located in Kropswolde.

Siblu has completed the acquisition of the Holding New Group (HNA) Aire on 28 April 2022. It thus recovers the 7 French campsites operated by the group, representing a total of 3,500 pitches on the Atlantic coast and the Mediterranean coast. 5 of the 7 campsites operated by HNA are operated under Public Service Delegation contracts or Long-Term Administrative Leases.

Siblu wishes to continue operating these campsites in accordance with their respective specifications. With this transaction, the group is pursuing its external growth strategy, increasing its number of pitches by 25%. The transaction is financed by a capital increase subscribed by all shareholders, led by the majority shareholder Naxicap Partners.

The acquisition of HNA Group is a significant moment in Siblu's history and I would like to thank our financial partners Naxicap Partners, Arcmont and Schröder for their support.

Simon Crabbe, Chairman of Siblu

Camping &Marina Meerwijck has 524 pitches spread over 22 hectares of land. The site has direct access to a beach and a marina with over 200 moorings for boats. It also has direct access to Lake Zuidlaren and is close to a nature park.

This acquisition allows the group to expand its catalogue of destinations throughout the land of tulips while confirming its ambition to increase its presence in Europe.

This new location demonstrates Siblu Villages' desire to increase its development in the Netherlands through new acquisitions and through significant investment in the quality and expansion of its three existing villages.

Explains the group via a press release

Siblu currently manages 25 4 and 5 star holiday villages, 22 of which are in France and 3 in the Netherlands. A developed portfolio that has enabled it to achieve a turnover of 200 million euros in 2021, a figure that once again attests to the resilience of the outdoor hotel sector to the health crisis.
