This latest acquisition, made in collaboration with Dutch property developer RE:BORN, includes the Spaansche Hof, a historic building located at Westeinde 12 and 14 in The Hague.
Built in 1469 as the Assendelft House, this iconic building has been home to several embassies, including that of Spain, as well as an auction house.
The recent addition of YAYS to its portfolio further strengthens NUMA's presence in the Netherlands. In line with its brand strategy, NUMA recently inaugurated the Oosterpark Hotel, located in the charming Dapperbuurt district of Amsterdam.
"This dynamic tourism and business travel market offers incredible growth opportunities for our business. We are excited to expand our presence in the region with projects such as Spaansche Hof and Oosterpark, and we are committed to serving the needs of modern travellers in cities such as Amsterdam, Rotterdam, The Hague, Maastricht and Utrecht." - Dimitri Chandogin, Managing Director of NUMA
"With the Spaansche Hof, we are demonstrating that emotional, ecological and economic effects can coexist even in a medieval national monument." - Niel Slob and Saman Mohammadi, directors of RE:BORN
"We want to make the Spaansche Hof accessible to everyone, while preserving its architectural splendour and offering an alternative housing solution that relieves pressure on the property market. In ecological terms, our approach also helps to reduce CO2 emissions, which is essential for the future of our planet." - Saman Mohammadi
