The Fattal Hotel Group has continued the expansion of its local and international operations with the acquisition (72.5%) of the 7Minds boutique hotel chain, owned by Oren Pascal and Ben Braverman.
The acquisition represents a significant strengthening of Fattal’s position in the boutique hotel field. Following this major transaction, 7Minds will become one of the Fattal Group’s main brands in the Israeli market, alongside the established Leonardo, NYX, and Herods marques.
The 7Minds brand currently includes three leading boutique hotels in Tel Aviv, and four new hotels are now under development. Furthermore, Fattal’s flagship boutique hotel, the 26-room Bachar House, will soon be relaunched under the 7Minds brand.
The three existing properties are:
- Hotel Nordoy, established in 1925, is the oldest active hotel in the city and was recently voted the most beautiful hotel in Tel Aviv. It features 22 fully renovated rooms, a deli restaurant, lobby, spa treatment rooms, and rooftop terrace overlooking the Nachalat Binyamin market.
- Sam&Blondi on Sheinkin Street is an urban concept hotel. This heritage building, designed in an eclectic European style, dates back to the 1930s and includes 45 guest rooms as well as a cafe, spa treatment rooms, and a rooftop jacuzzi.
- CUCU Hotel is located in Dizengoff Square at the heart of Tel Aviv, with 33 creative guest rooms, lobby, cafe, spa treatment room, and urban courtyards.
Adding these boutique hotels to the chain not only offers our loyal guests another attractive hospitality option, but also broadens our appeal to other diverse audiences by presenting a truly unique, high-end hosting experience.
Assaf Fattal, Fattal Group Business Development Manager
