With the acquisition of the Art & Business Hotel in the centre of Nuremberg, Atomis has completed its portfolio which already includes the Ibis Hotel Nürnberg Altstadt.
For more than 20 years, the Art & Business Hotel, with 49 rooms, has been run as a family business, most recently by Stephanie and Ferdinand Hirschfelder.
In order to ensure a smooth transition without affecting the quality of the property's offer and services, Atomis has chosen to keep the hotel's current team.
In addition, the hotel operator plans to invest in the hotel in collaboration with the owners of the hotel, in particular by adding an extra floor and setting up a conference area. An addition that meets "a considerable need" according to Alexandre Eisner, General Manager of Atomis.
Atomis has already obtained planning permission and plans to undertake further improvements to the property, "including home automation and fire protection".
It is precisely because the trend of increasing travel in the city has regained its previous momentum after the collapse of Corona, and we even expect a further acceleration, that the prospects for such ideally located hotels are particularly interesting in a city like Nuremberg.
