Booking sells part of its Trip.com ADS

In these uncertain times Booking Holding is making cash.

Selling 4,500,000 ADSs at an average price of $23.45 per ADS in the open market between March 23 and April 3, allowed the company to retrieve around USD 105.5 million.

As for now, the company holds a 4.93% stake in Trip.com, while it owned 8% prior to the sell.
