The 'Social Suite' is the result of the recent online campaign by the hotel chain on Facebook which for two weeks encouraged fans of all the company’s hotel brands to share stories.The hotel company continues to raise its profile on social networks which it considers a key factor in its customer relations strategy. The company brands have already exceeded their objective of 200,000 Facebook fans, and the Meliá brand is now the top hotel brand in Spain by number of fans.The campaign helped the company raise the number of fans to make it the top Spanish hotel company on Facebook with more than 200,000 fans. Seven contest winners will be used as inspiration for a decorative transormation of a suite in ME Madrid Hotel.
