Meliá to open flagship ME in London

Next month, Meliá will launch its first ME hotel in London's Marconi House, former home of BBC radio.

The 5-star ME London will bring 157 rooms, including suites, the Suite ME, and a two-floor penthouse in the turret. All interiors and exteriors were designed by Foster + Partners, in their first UK project, featuring a monochrome palette and contemporary detail.The venture will also be a first for ONE Group’s STK steakhouse, serving American grill-style dishes. The hotel will also offer the Cucina Asellina for Italian cuisine, the rooftop Radio terrace, lounge and bar with panoramic views of London, and the Marconi Lounge lobby bar.
