Hilton launches "Project H3," an extended-stay apartment brand

Hilton is expanding its portfolio with the addition of a lower mid-range brand designed for guests on extended stays of 20 nights or more. The goal is to meet the needs of the growing workforce travel market.

After extensive research, this new product will allow customers to make every day more profitable. This includes traveling nurses, military personnel and people on business trips who value time and comfort. Clients who need to stay for long periods of time are looking for a reliable drop-off point that allows them to maintain their habits.

The H3 project, developed with the help of owners, is an attractive investment opportunity for those looking to diversify their portfolio under the Hilton name. This new prototype dedicates a large portion of its space to revenue-generating guest rooms, reducing overhead for potential owners. Also, with a better Hilton business tool, owners will have access to revenue management and sales support templates that streamline on-site staffing needs.

Automated guest offerings, such as Hilton's digital check-in and digital key, will improve the guest experience and allow staff to become more efficient.

This new extended-stay brand will feature thoughtful design, providing a comfortable experience and convenient amenities.  The spacious apartments will offer a flexible layout with four distinct zones for resting, working, cooking and relaxing, providing the perfect bridge between comfort and functionality. And finally, Hilton has created a hyper-functional lobby called The Hive, which offers easy access to all facilities and provides views of the reception, fitness room, laundry and a supermarket, creating a welcoming environment for guests.

Hilton's portfolio of diversified brands has more than doubled in the past 15 years as the company takes a dynamic approach to the rapidly changing market.
