The Worldwide Hospitality Awards reward hotel Marketing

The trophy for the Best Marketing operation of the international hotel industry will be presented at the 14th Worldwide Hospitality Awards ceremony on the 12th of November, 2013 at the InterContinental Paris Le Grand.

This year, the Worldwide Hospitality ‘Awards puts Marketing at the heart of the competition, and is opening nominations for the category for their 14th edition. The trophy, which will be presented during the ceremony on 12 November 2013 at the InterContinental Paris Le Grand, will reward a marketing campaign which may or may not use Internet media to boost hotel occupancy through partnerships, and the creation of products, packages or formulas.

For a chance to win the 2013 trophy, candidates should complete a registration form, available at The prize will be awarded based on the evaluation of three key criteria:

  • The concept's originality, approach, message, and committed partnerships
  • The exemplary nature of the campaign and its ability to leverage itself or expand within the group
  • The effectiveness of the implemented measures in terms of the economic impact.

At the last edition, the Worldwide Hospitality Awards rewarded the Clarion Hotel de Stockholm (represented in the photo by Tess Matisson, Marketing Manager), for their "Room for Art" campaign, through which clients could pay for a night at the hotel with a work of art.
