SEH United Hoteliers now federates its hoteliers around a new brand: The Originals, Human Hotels & Resorts. This evolution has resulted in a complete transformation in terms of marketing and digital technology.
Since it was created 50 years ago, SEH United Hoteliers climbed to 4th place among French hotel groups with close to 18,000 rooms. Today, the includes more than 600 hoteliers from luxury down to economy, in France and internationally.
Its new identity was developed to allow each hotelier to highlight “the identity specific to their property”.
The Originals, Human Hotels & Resorts includes 6 hotel offers, all offering different experiences:
- The Originals Collection
- The Originals Relais, upscale hotels in the countryside, at the seaside or in the mountains
- The Originals Boutique, hotels in urban centers
- The Originals Residence, fully equipped apartments
- The Originals City, urban hotels
- The Originals Access, functional hotels near major road axes
By the end of 2018, The Originals, Human Hotels & Resorts will make available to its clientele:
- A booking website,
- A simple and quick booking module,
- A virtual loyalty program,
Services that make it possible to support the hotelier are also available:
- The Originals Academy, a training school
- The Originals Shop, a purchasing pool

The Originals, Human Hotels & Resorts has set a goal to reach 1,000 hotels in the next 5 years of which 50% are upscale hotels and 50% are economy hotels.
