The Swiss-based group has decided to launch a new loyalty programme

Their new loyalty programme works like this :Benefits range from personalized room preference to free upgrades.There are three levels. A guest qualifies to be in the first category once s/he stays in a Swissôtel five times. One needs to stay 20 nights to qualify for the second category and 60 nights for the third. The stays need to take place in a 12 month period.Benefits range from personalized room preference to free upgrades.
