
Logis continues its segmentation by officially launching a new brand dedicated to its most upscale properties.
Hotels, restaurants and Spas can be distinguished by this category reserved for properties with an exceptional offer according to the chain's criteria. Location, richness of the offer and services, involvement of the owners, extraordinary character of the products are all elements that are taken into account in the attribution of the brand. For restaurants, only tables awarded 2 and 3 Michelin stars or 4 and 5 Toques Gault&Millau are taken into consideration.
Just before the summer, Logis also announced the creation of the Auberge-Boutique concept in order to stay connected to territories.
Beyond the nature of the distinguished places, there is a will to animate the network of restaurateurs and hoteliers by encouraging companionship and accompanying restaurateurs in obtaining Michelin stars, as Karim Soleihavoup said in the interview he granted Hospitality ON.
L'Exception Logis currently includes 80 addresses out of the 2,200 members announced by the chain across Europe.
