Meliá Hotels International introduces an incentive travel program for the Covid-19 era

The individual incentive program will be linked to the MeliáRewards loyalty program and will give the possibility to personalize your stays with Meliá.

 One of the most affected segments has been that of incentive travel, a traditional motivational tool that companies use to reward their best customers, employees or collaborators.

The hotel company offers companies the opportunity to give away a stay to their clients, employees or collaborators, with the possibility for each one to choose the time, the destination, the type of hotel and the duration. All of this is done by buying MeliáRewards points, which can be distributed among the people selected by the company so that they can make use of them at any time.

Offering individualized incentive trips is the best option in times when traveling in a group may be subject to certain limitations. Therefore, we observe a clear tendency for companies to include hotel stays in the Christmas gift for their employees or collaborators, being a very flexible incentive for the current time.
