How has new consumer behavior made customer segmentation for commercial accommodations evolve in recent years? How to reach out to these clientele through personalized one2one marketing? Consumer behavior in commercial accommodations has changed over the years, revealing a new segmentation and new profiles. Profiles may be considered in terms of generations, with Baby Boomers, Generation Y and Z, or behavior, with "social capital hunters", "cultural purists", "ethical travelers", and even "turnkey connoisseurs".
