BridgeStreet Global Hospitality supports the launch of a modular concept

The British hotel manager has signed a 20-year agreement to manage the Stow-Away financed by Ciel Capital.

The first long-stay unit will be inaugurated in London's Waterloo District on Lower Marsh Street before the end of 2017. The property will be a group of micro-studios in recycled and retrofitted containers suppied by Stow-Away. Stow-Away is a joint venture between Stow Projects and Ciel Capital.

The concept was a already experimented with by Travelodge through constructions realized by Verbus Systems in Uxbridge, but without any planned development. The partnership between BridgeStreet and Ciel Capital is behind a development of 200 to 400 modular units in London by 2022.
