London’s Kingsley by Thistle sells for £40 million

CIT Real Estate Partners, London, announced that it sold the 129-room The Kingsley by Thistle hotel, located in central London, to an unnamed buyer on Tuesday.

The sale was brokered by CBRE Hotels. “CBRE Hotels received great interest for this hotel from our global buyer base. They were attracted by the high quality of the hotel and its excellent location,” said Owen Pritchard, associate director of CBRE Hotels EMEA.The buying price was reportedly around £40 million (US$62 million).
